If you’re like me, I wouldn’t even know where to begin when it comes to multi-family investing. They shared with me the framework for getting started, where money and skill set come into play, and the importance of finding the right deal. Ultimately, if you want to get into the commercial game, the best thing you can do is start. Push yourself to find that deal, develop those relationships with commercial brokerages, and figure it out. The more you try the more you learn.

We have to stop telling ourselves, from investments to loans, from commercial to residential real estate that we’ll never move forward because we don’t know how to do something therefore we CAN’T do it.
